Harlequin Dog Grooming

I offer a one to one dog grooming environment so your dog doesn’t get stressed or overwhelmed. My salon is situated in an enclosed back garden with rural surroundings, your dog will be safe in my care.

I can collect and drop off locally around Radstock, so your pet can be groomed and returned to you. I am insured for transporting your pet between your home and my salon.

Nervous and anxious dogs may struggle with the grooming process, therefore I am happy for you to bring your dog to my salon to introduce them to the surroundings. I can provide partial grooms to help build your dog’s confidence with the grooming process. If your Dog suffers from separation anxiety, we could arrange for you to be present during their first couple of grooms to build trust with your dog.

If you require nails to be trimmed and would prefer a home visit, I can bring my equipment to your home to trim your dog’s nails.

I always wanted to work with animals growing up. We always had pets such as cats, rabbits, hamsters, a day didn’t go by without an animal in the house.

My Aunt and Uncle used to breed German Shepherds and during my last visit there were 22 of them!

I got my own Dog in 2015 and since he’s been in my life I’ve learned a lot about intelligent, head strong dogs. My Dog lived with another dog named Harley, who sadly passed away from old age in early 2021. This is what lead me to call my business ‘Harlequin Dog Grooming’.

I attended a course at Canine Design Academy of Dog Grooming in late 2021 for my City and Guilds qualification.

I adore working with animals and now I can centre a career that utilises my love for animals and creativity.
